Essay

In the thesis the results of investigations of distribution and accumulation of DDT and its metabolitics, phosphamides and nitrates in the soils and carrot roots in the boundaries of three Ukrainian natural zones (Polesye, Woodsteppe and Steppe) with the several degrees of anthropogenous loading are presented. A role of nettle (Urtica dioica) as phytovirus reservation in the agrocenoses and natural places of vegetation in Kyiv and Zhitomyr regions is designated. Proved, that the containing of the phytoviruses in leaves increases according to the degree of the anthropogenous loading. Demonstrated, that the containing of carotenoids increases in 1,1 - 1,7 times under the influence of virus infections and xenobiotics in natural conditions. The role of carotenoids in the realizing of adaptation mechanisms of the natural and cultural plant populations to the actions of pessimistic dozes of the ecological factors is based theoretically. The original method of the receiving of the oil carotenoid concentratewith simultaneous elimination of virus infections and xenobiotics from biogenic nutrition is elaborated. The experimental-industrial line on the production of oil carotenoid concentrate is realized.
