NOVELTY: for the first time on a stuff perynatal of obductions research the objective changes of the intrauterine of development of pituitary body and epiphysis of braine detected, wich one are conditioned by mother's gestosis. The gravity of a lesion of studied ferri lactases in directly proportional degrees of gravity maternal gestosis and is inversely proportional degrees of matyrrity of fetuses and neonatal.
