Institute of Traumatoloqy and Orthopedics of AMS of Ukraine, Кншм, 2003. This work is dedicated to surqical treatment of surqical treatment of rotator cuff shoulder damaqes guestions. The surqical treatment of rotator cuff shoulder damaqes of hromotes of active function improvement as shoulder joint as a upper extremity on the whole, what in it"s turn promotes the patients return to self-service, qenerally useful work and disablement reduction. The investiqations are based on analysis results surqical treatment of 77 patients with muscle-rotator damaqes amonq 62 patients have had full damaqe of rotator cuff sholder and 15 patients-partial damaqe of rotator cuff sholder. On the base of above mentioned treatment is appeared the impiqement syndrome. The approach complex of the treament offered for the hftients with rotator cuff sholders damaqes enabled to qet 41% the perfect result, 46 9% qood results 9 1% satisfactory and 3% usatisfactory dynamis results.
