At present time the development of water transport has a great importance for stable development of state economic system. For effective using of the shipping Company's fleet and receiving the most efficient economic figures there was realized economical-mathematic simulation of vessel's work on the fixed directions of freight flow. There were marked out presuppositions of forming, factors of formation, development and functioning of the Company, considered the main directions of the development strategy of the Company and herein worked out economical-mathematic models of the fleet's activity, providing definition of the lowest useful expenses for maintenance the fleet and freight transportation on the fixed directions, and the highest possible incomes from execution of transport work. There was worked up the model for optional decision of vessel's activity for receving the most acceptable figures from the point of view of the effectiveness of economic figures.
