Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the treatment efficiency of the patients with tibial condyles fractures. In 15 patients osteosynthesis was performed using new worked up plate with the additional compressive construction. In complex treatment of the patients bone graft was used. To prove the efficiency of bone graft the experimental investigation on the 40 white rats was carried out. Using of worked up plate and bone graft allows to apply early rehabilitation and to improve the results of the treatment confirmed by worked up method of bone tissue state evaluation.
