The glycosylation of immunoglobulins G and degree of fibronectin degradation in composition of immune complexes have been investigated by methods of immunochemistry and lectin-blot analyse in viral hepatitis B and C and pre-eclampsia. It is shown that the glycosylation of IgG in serum and in composition of immunoglobulins G-fibronectin complexes changes in mentioned above pathologic states. N-glycans in structure of light chains of immunoglobulins G are firstly detected in pre-eclampsia. It is shown that fibronectin is degraded in blood serum and in composition of immune complexes, apart it the spectra of fibronectin fragments are various in each of pathologic states, which are considered in dissertation. Field of implementation fundamental and clinical biochemistry.
