Essay

The dissertation is based on the materials of examination of patients with aortic stenosis (AS). The aims of research are to estimate the prognostic significance: of left ventricular hypertrophy, the degree of left ventricular systolic and diastolic dysfunctions, the life-threatening rhythm and conduction disturbances with AS. Independent factors of risk of angina pectoris, clinical signs and symptoms of heart failure and syncope in patients with AS are established. The prognostic criteriors and risk factors for forecasting of AS course are also determined. The field of application - clinical medicine. The results were introduced into the practice of medical departments.
