The thesis is dedicated to research and mining of models of banking with the purpose of definition of optimum frame of bank/ In a thesis the complex of mathematical models is designed; - definitions of a quantitave structure of branches and separation; - planning of development branch of a network of bank on given appropriations; - installment researches of banking n three classes of models (strategic - 5 stages, marketing - 9, economical - 5); - operations of bank as probilistic automatic system; - definition of stand-by capital of bank for maintanance of indispensable reliability of granting of the credits to clients.
