Shepelenko I. Improvement of treatment process for conrod bushes when under restoration by surface plastic deformation

Object of research is the machining process of wear conrod bushes used vibrolamination and subsequent stretching. The purpose of work is the increase of restoration quality of the conrod bushes of internal-combustion engine due to obtaining fully regular microrelief by vibrolamination and subsequent stretching. Theoretical and the experimental researches were carried out on the basis of rules of solid-state physics, material science, theoretical mechanics, mathematical modeling and methods of statistical data processing used computer and measuring techniques. For the first time is theoretical based and experimental confirmed the expediency of vibrolamination and subsequent stretching using for restoration and strengthening of conrod bushes internal surfaces. The device for bringing of regular microrelief by the vibrolamination method is developed. The results of work are applied at the motor-car repair works in Olexandria, Kirovograd region. The sphere of using are the enterprises for manufacturing, processing and restoration of details.
