Object - influence of errors of manufacture and mounting of transmission by a linkage on it of operating performances. Target - rise of a technological level of toothed cylindrical transmissions and reduction gearboxes Novikov by limitation of influence of errors of manufacture and mounting of sprock-ets by the rational norms of accuracy and system of tolerances. Methods - general theory of toothed transmissions, classical applied mathematics, theory of an elasticity, experimental in-dustrial trials of reduction gearboxes. The mathematical model is constructed and the numerical research of accuracy of cylin-drical transmissions Novikov is conducted. The formulas and developed common technique of calculation of limiting devia-tions and tolerances on inspected parameters of cylindrical transmissions Novikov are obtained.
