3. Object of study is formation process of ferrous metals and its infrastructure in Ukraine. Objective of study is futhet development of theoretic and methodic aspects of balanced market formation in Ukraine for ferrous metals and its infrastructure. Methods of research are system approach, logic, statistic, economic and financial analysis, grouping. Theoretical and practical results: development of conceptual backgrounds on market complex development for ferrous metals as well as determination of organizing and methodic foundations for formation and functioning system of monitoring at ferrous metals market. Novelty is improvement and further development of research and methodic approaches as for formation in Ukraine a developed balanced market of ferrous metals and its infrastructure. Degree of the introduction by: the Department in state service of struggle against economic criminality of Donetsk city Branch of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and Metallurgic Plant Groupnamed after Illich Public Joint Stock Company. Branch of application is Department Industry of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, metallurgic enterprises, Donetsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
