The thesis is devoted to system analysis of such actual branches of cybernetics as development of control systems based on parametric resonance phenomena and identification of magnetic field generation, which occurs in planetary liquid cores due to tidal braking mechanism. Mathematical tools of asymptotic analysis in oscillation theory and magnetohydrodynamics have been applied.
