3. An analysis and an information retrieval of known methods and devices were performed. Their disadvantages were shown and variance of their involvement in condition of basin of Donets was proved. To solve the problem put by a method and a device was worked out for technical state testing by capacitance method. The worked out device gave an opportunity to test a caving in angle of pipelines and relative surface subsidence of technological objects of underground storage facility. On the given results from the worked out device the proposal method gives the opportunity to test a value of distribution of mode of deformation and to define a place of maximum value. A capacitance transducer worked out. Conditions of it exploitation in groups till 30 items and its distribution in large distances were took into account. A special attention was devoted to question of exploitation of transducer in different temperatures which happens during whole year. Metrological analysis of worked out device and transducer were performed. Laboratory and full scale investigation of worked out device were performed.
