In the thesis, an electromechanical complex for wind power plant (WPP) on the base of supersynchronous Scherbius system (SSS) have been studied. The system is destined for run with wind turbines, which are not provided with adjusting of blade angles. The future trends of electromechanical systems for WPP on the base of SSS without aerodynamic control and with partial power conversion by semiconductor converters are shown. It is proposed the static control trajectory in moment - speed coordinates, which enables to cut down the rated power of generator and inverter transformer.Operating slip optimization criterion is suggested and mathematical model for choice of the operating slip is worked out.Skin-effect in generator rotor winding and its influence on rectifier commutation is analyzed. The mechanical characteristics of the system with taking account of skin-effect are calculated.The mathematical model for dynamic behavior of the all complex is proposed and a way of control is worked out. The engineering method for calculation the whole complex is designed and example of system calculation is cited.
