Essay

A dissertation work was devoted to research of methodologies and organization of control and analysis of investment attractiveness of auction enterprises. The analysis of state of investment activity in Ukraine conducts, a ground of necessity of realization of control procedures of estimation of investment attractiveness is given. The suggestions concerning forming an informative base of control of investment attractiveness of auction enterprises consider. The ways of improvement of forming the financial accounting of enterprises, that assist to the rise of analytical possibilities of its use in case of acceptance of investment decisions, offer. The system of criteria of investment attractiveness of trade enterprise develops, order of computation of critical values of financial indexes, the method of use of computer technologies in realization of control procedures of estimation of investment attractiveness of trade enterprises offers
