The dissertation is devoted to creation of theoretical bases, means and systems of intellectualization of computer interfaces, development of models, algorithms and hardware-software means for systems of computer recognition of speech images. The creation of mathematical models of speech, models and algorithms of technical transformation of commands with allocation of the basic tone and easing of the power characteristic of a signal is carried out. The methodological receptions are fixed in a basis of the created hardware-software complex of recognition of speech, which consists of three compound subsystems: identification, formation of the patterns, recognition. The basic results of work are realized as the software of speech control of the mobile robot.
