Shul'ga K. Creation of mathematical models and algorithms of biotechnical system as means of training of artificial intelligence

The dissertation is devoted to development of algorithms and hardware-software means of computer training of systems of artificial intelligence on the basis of research of intellectual activity of the man in the phenomena psychophysical of reaction to the visual and acoustical information. The analysis of the factors is carried out which influence on psychophysical reaction of the man, and also opportunities of modern means of training and management in systems of artificial intelligence. Use of the received results allows to estimate the high-speed characteristics and to predict time of reaction and reliability of acceptance of the decision in robototechnical systems, and also operators and dispatchers of large power systems and thermal atomic power stations
