Essay

The dissertation is based on findings of open controlled stady wth aim to graund combined base therapy with methotrexate and leflunomide and supplementari bioflavonoid complex administratiion. In this work the expedience to include bioflavonoid diosmine and hesperidin into treatment scheme for (RA) patients is clinically and experimentally qraunded. Significant efficacy of minimum methotrexate and leflunomide effective dose compared to traditional therapy is demonstrated. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
