The dissertation deals with development of universal method of integration of the electronic circuit's multipoles' functional macromodels obtained by means of numerical algorithms into libraries of modern CAD REE systems. Method and algorithm to represent the functional macromodels in the basis of the state variables by means of substitution circuits based on the controlled sources is presented. With the goal of automation of adaptation process of the aforementioned macromodels, corresponding software.
