Essay

Trauma of the both of digital arteries defines tissues ischaemia. Ischaemia deteriorates intrinsic tendon healing after primary flexor tendon repair and reinervation as well after suturing of digital nerves. As a result of morphological and morphometrycal studies there are substantial intact tendon structure differences where found in various age group children. The comparative analysis of tendon structure differences shows necessity to use various surgical techniques and rehabilitation programs depending of patient's age and kind of injury to improve results.
