Processes of calculating production capacities (PC) of industrial enterprises at the present stage of economy development of Ukraine and those of development of appropkiate system of economic-mathematical models considering market components. Provement of scuntifical-methodological and practical bases of creation of effectual mechanism of estimation, formation and use of production capacities of enterprises in the present conditions. Methods: system analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, structure-and-block modeles of diskret and stochastic character, theory of probabilities, function analysis, theory of integrational and differential equations. A new conceptal quantum-investment approach for determination and estimation of production capacities of enterprises of varions branchesare offered. Economic-mathematical modeles and optimality criteria of production capacities value are formed. The main results of dissertation have been applied while calculating production capacities at some enterprises. Industrial enterprises of Ukraine, educational process.
