Essay

It is revealed, that natural ageing of silicon during long time (>3 years ) leads to disintegration of oversaturated firm oxygen solution which is accompanied by occurrence of strain and increase of concentration of small microdefects. The irradiation by particles (Е~18МеВ) results in formation dislocation loops in structure of a silicon crystal lattice. In the thesis it is submitted mechanisms of transformation of silicon defective structure.
