Essay

The method of reliability indexes calculation for automatic casting lines modules was offered, and basing on probabilistic models of refuseless work time and renewal time the most "weak" module was discovered, for which the capacity has to be controlled during exploitation. The diagnostic model of controlled object - transportation module - is developed, the choice of diagnostic index of its technical state (moulding box on rolgang displacement time) was grounded. Using the diagnostic index, the prognostication algorythm was developed and diagnosing method (method of time intervals) was offered. Work capacity conditions are defined and metrological estimation of precisement of work capacity supply definition was made. The diagnosing system for automatic casting lines was worked out, which is based on proper algorythms, as well as control device for automatic casting lines transportation modules. The basic results are industrially implemented in open corporation"Avtolivmash".
