Object of research are macroeconomic processes of a choice of the state regional economic policy. The purpose of research is modelling macroeconomic processes of a choice of the state regional policy(politics) that provides increase of efficiency of administrative decisions and stable functioning of economy of region. Methods - economic-mathematical modelling, the system analysis, the economic theory, research of complex(difficult) social and economic systems. Results: On the basis of the carried out(spent) analysis of features and existing methods of management macroeconomic processes at formation of economic policy at the state and regional levels develop the concept of modelling of macroeconomic processes of a choice of the state regional economic policy which is based on principles of the system analysis of the macroeconomic environment that allows to raise(increase) efficiency of development of the state regional economic policy; within the framework of the offered concept the complex of economic-mathematical models of the decision of problems(tasks) of macroeconomic management is developed by social and economic system of region: the model of identification of the current condition of economic system of region which realization allows to define(determine) directions of development of areas of region for more effective utilization of resource maintenance is developed; The model of formation of the state regional economic policy that provides optimum distribution of resources for realization of regional programs of development is developed; the model of optimization of budgetary tools of regional economic policy that provides achievement of the established strategic target parameters at formation of the budget of region is developed; the system of support of acceptance of macroeconomic decisions which is constructed on principles of modern information technologies and application of the generated criterion of efficiency of realization of programs of development of region that provides a choice of regional economic policy is constructed. Novelty: the concept of modelling of macroeconomic processes of a choice of the state regional economic policy which is based on principles of the system analysis of the macroeconomic environment and the coordination of nation-wide priorities with features of development of regional social and economic system that allows to raise(increase) efficiency of development of the state regional economic policy; the model of identification of the current condition of economic system of region which is constructed on the basis of the analysis of macroeconomic parameters of industrial sector of region in a branch cut(section) that allows to define(determine) priorities and a direction of regional development for more effective utilization of resource maintenance and also to establish restrictions of managing tools of regional economic policy; Model of formation of the state regional economic policy which is constructed on application of dynamic macroeconomic dependences of industrial,consumer, investment and budgetary spheres of region that provides optimum distribution of resources for achievement of the established target parameters of development of region; system of support of acceptance of macroeconomic decisions which is constructed on principles of modern information technologies that provides a choice of regional economic policy on the basis of the generated criterion of efficiency of realization of programs of development of region.
