The dissertation is devoted to research of an optimum supply with information of management by expenses of manufacture on the basis of the integrated registration streams, to definition of their parametrization and generation in conditions of the concrete environment, and also substantive provisions of creation of the internal reporting of the enterprise. It is shown, that a condition of an effective control system is the technology of business, normative regulation, a registration politics, and the information registration stream should have structure "the account of expenses - the internal reporting - the basic parameters of activity".
