Essay

This dissertation is devoted to the investigation of anemia in the patients on rheumatoid arthritis, its connection wits the course of disease, micronutrient deficiency and the deficiency of the treatment. In the work it was determined that anemic syndrome in the patients on RA is the marker of the disease gravity and the resistance predictor to the treatment, particularly it is related to anemia of chronic disease. It was shown that traditional therapy used in the role of basic mean of metotrexat in average therapeutic doses 7,5-10,0 mg (during the week) intensifies anemic syndrome giving its the features of folic deficient anemia Special feature of MTX as it was revealed - to intensify vitamin insufficiency, specially as for vitamins B6, B9 and B12. In the experiment it was shown that using metotrexat together with folic acid in comparative doses rather reduces its pharmacologic effect. In the patients on RA the including to the complex treatment, polyvitamin - mineral complex prevents devitaminisinginfluence of pharmacotherapy and increases the effectiveness of the treatment in the patients on RA.
