Essay

The angiostructure of cerebral malfor4mations and cerebral haemodynamic was studied on literature data analyses and treatment experience of 252 patients in the institute of neurosurgery during 27 years. It have been formulated the working classification of great and giant malformations due to the clinical picture, worked out the complex of diagnostic algorythm of this pathology, according computed tomography, MRI, MR angiography, selective digital subcranional angiography.
