Khalel А. Some acute phase proteins and lipid of blood in dynamics of action of synthetic ureidoxamides

The dissertation is devoted to definition of efficiency of influence acetylhydrazide of oxaluric acid (АОА) and ethyl ether of 4-etoxyphenyloxaluric acid (ЕЕ-4-ЕРОА) in dynamics on concen-tration acute phase proteins, lipids and some other compound in blood of white rats in norm and at acute formalin inflammation with oxidizing stress. It was established that (АОА) and (ЕЕ-4-ЕРОА) at intragastric introducing in dozes of 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg to healthy rats in dynamics of four hours essentially do not influence processes of metabolism of acute phase proteins. Lipids and on activity of enzymes, and at acute formalin inflammation with oxidizing stress show anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties con-firmed with that in dynamics normalization assist in serum of blood of parameters gaptoglobin, fibrinogen, ceruloplasmin, al-bumine, proteins, average molecules, lipid, three-gliceride, cho-lesterol, lhd-cholesterol, manolic dialdehyde, catalase, alaninami-notraspherase, aspartataminotranspherase, alcaline and acide phosphatase.
