The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and practical approaches of the application of micellar extraction by the phases of nonionic surfactants at cloud-point temperature for the trace components preconcentration. The influence of the hydrophobity, charge and structure of substrate molecules onto their distribution in the water - nonionic surfactant phase system has been investigated on the example of carbonic acids, organic analytical reagents and their metal complexes. The recommendations for the obtaining of effective micellar-extraction system has been developed. On the basis of investigations it was proposed the procedures for spectroscopic determination of some metals in the tap and natural waters with micellar-extraction preconcentration.
