Essay

The dissertation is devoted by a question of increase of dynamic accuracy of the watching electric drive of a constant current of press screws of the rolling mill of springs by use of state regulator of the second degree without the subordinated contour of speed. The modernization of system of the elec-tric drive, which is directed on increase of a production efficiency and ex-pansion of hire, assists development of motor industry. In dissertation for the first time proved opportunity of use state a regulator of the second degree without the subordinated contour of speed with the pur-pose of increase of dynamic parameters of watching electromechanical sys-tem. For the first time is received dependence’s of sizes of factors of amplifica-tion (strengthening) synthesized regulator from parameters of object of man-agement and time quantize, that permit to lead the system of automatic con-trol in a case of changing the parameters of object management. The influ-ence of signals of obstacles in direct and inopposite channels management on accuracy of improvement of a signal management is investigated de-pending on speed. Developed algorithms of adaptation to presence of sliding mill on a surface of metal in time of a structure replaceable on length of hire of rectangular crossing, which permit to raise accuracy on as much as possi-ble allowable speed work.
