In this work the results of investigation and estimation of bone tissue state in children and teenagers with congenital hip dislocation, disorder of lower extremities development, epiphysial dysplasia and osteogenesis imperfecta at the treatment stages with help of ultrasonic densitometry were presented. The basic factors which have an influence on structure functional state of bone tissue and metabolism features of bone tissue in children with such pathology were presented. The groups of children and teenagers with the most evident disorders of bone tissue state, which demand dynamic densitometric control, prevention and treatment of osteopenic syndrome, were denoted. Ultrasonic densitometry as monitoring method of bone tissue state and early detection of osteopenia was recommended. The sphere – medicine.
