The object of study is interfaces in nanocrystalline refractory metals. The objective of study is development of physical view on an atomic structure and elaboration of high-field methods of the surface modification in nanocrystalline metals. The methods of study are field ion- and electron microscopy, mathematical modeling The atomic structure was studied, and high-field methods of the surface forming were elaborated.
