Balkovs'ka Y. Methods of a linearization of amplitude-frequency characteristics of piezoelectric transducers of mechanical values.

А thesis is dedicated to mining of methods of a linearization of amplitude-frequency characteristics (AFC) of piezoelectric transducers of mechanical values and creation on this basis of devices of control systems with high qualitative and opera-tional parameters. The new method of a feedback - electrical negative feedback (ENF), which one allows to linear an amplitude-frequency characteristic of the converter is designed in the dissertation. For the first time for AFC linearization it is offered to include piezoelement in a circuit of negative connection of a piezoelectric transducer. The sensitivity of the converter is equal to sensitivity of piezoelement without the amplifier. The constructive methods of AFC linearization of symmetrical and asymmetrical bimorph converters are offered. The electrical damping along with the use of feedback and also at the expense of increase of piezoelement internal friction for AFC linearization is applied for the first time.
