Essay

The basic equations of the dynamical theory of X-ray diffraction in bent crystals with defects are obtained in the momentum space. In the two-wave approximation the solutions for amplitudes of strong Bragg and diffuse waves are obtained and investigated. General expressions for the coherent and diffuse components of the differential reflection power of bent crystals with microdefects are obtained.
