Essay

The new mechanisms of particles growth in conditions of a dislocation diffusion was offered. Was concluded, that in case of coherence infringement, the number of dislocation lines, anchored on particle or intersect it, is in inverse proportion, to the radius of a particle or the surface area. Plan of generating of quantum dots during Ostwald ripening was offered. The distribution functions of islands on the sizes in heterostructures with quantum dots were designed.
