3. The object of investigation is accumulation and distribution of manganese, copper, zinc, lead in an organism of the carp. The aim of investigation is studding the processes of accumulation and distribution of heavy metals in organism of fish under the influence of their different concentrations in the water. The methods of researches are biochemical, physical and chemical and statistical methods. The quantity of accumulation of heavy metals in a liver, gills and muscles of carp and their nuclear, mitochondrial and cytoplasmic fractions was established. It was investigation the influence of heavy metals ions on succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxydase of the liver and gills of fish. The energy losses bound with toxicity of metals ions and their transport was estimated. For the first time the relation between the concentration of heavy metals in the water and their accumulation in the cell-organelles of liver, gills and muscles was established. The new data about the mechanisms of heavy metalstransport trough the apical membrane of cells were obtained. The obtained results can be used as bionormative parameters for the estimation of quality of fish production and stay of water environment. The field of using of results are ecology, toxicology.
