The dissertation is devoted to the detection of photoelastic effect in the semiconductor crystals with non-uniformity potential. With the help of modulation polarized was researched photoelastic effect in the cubic crystals by the great importance of the absorbs index. It was shown, that the condition of the polarized reflection along the normal to the surface of the crystals light involves anisotropy value on the length of absorb. Photoelastic effect which was induced by the temperature gradient was investigated in Si - , fused quarts and polymethylmethacrylate samples (the linear dependence of the waves phase on deformation) owing to optical polarization technique based on polarization modulation of irradiation. There were researched the distribution of the volume-gradient photo-E and double refraction, made conditional upon difference of the main components of the mechanical voltage in the transistorised crystal of Ge with the stepped non-uniformity of concentration N alloyed admixture. There was discovered qualitative agreed of the function, getting by integrate of the spaced dependence of the anisotropy value and co-ordinate dependence of the photo-E.
