Thesis is devoted to improving possibilities of chemiluminescent analysis for determination of non-metallic substances through study new chemiluminescent reactions of 9-cyano-10-methylacri-dinium nitrate with nucleophilic reagents. The investigation results of particularities of the reactions of 9-cyano-10-methylacridinium cation with hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl-ion, aliphatic alcohols, hydrazine, hydroxylamine, sulphite-ion, cysteine, thioglycolic and ascorbic acids have been presented in the thesis. Analytically important reactions of nucleophylic addition to 9-cyano-10-methylacridinium cation, which can be the basis of new analytical chemiluminescent methods, have been selected. Optimal conditions of reactions have been found and analytical methods of chemiluminescent determination of hydrazine, hydroxylamine, sulphite-ion, cysteine, thioglycolic and ascorbic acids have been elaborated. Analytical characteristics and possibility to practical use of elaborated methods for determination analyts in different objects have been studied.
