Essay

First a deposit is set of change of structure and composition of surface of offset rubber blanket on the emulsification ink. A physical model is developed of transference of ink, wetting solution and emulsion water-ink in the printing contacts "printing form - surface offset rubber blanket" and "offset rubber blanket - imprint". The theoretical material statement analysis is carried out of transference of ink and wetting solution in the printing contact of the offset printing with moistening of printing forms taking into account wear of offset printing from positions of hydrodynamics of the dispersion systems "liquid -solid". A mechanism is grounded of wear surface of offset rubber blanket. Technological instruction, initial requirements on the tools of heat treatment and operative method of control of quality and practical recommendations of operating environments on property in the process of printing of offset rubber blanket in the period of exploitation are developed.
