Pidopryhora D. Decision support system for control of processes of liquid cargoes transfer in conditions of dynamic restrictions

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of automation level increase of the technological processes of liquid cargo transfer in non-stationary disturbing condition by means of development of hierarchical decision support system. The concept of dynamic restrictions on parameters of the technological control objects is entered and algorithms for its online correction are developed also. The multi-level structure, program-algorithmic maintenance and program-technical means are developed. The developments ensure: at the strategic level - forming of optimal cargo plans, at the tactic level - synthesis and online correction of the technological chart (time diagram) of the technological process implementation, at the executive level - correction of steering command during control of fluid flow regulated section with respect to liquid cargo parameters variation and fault detection of the cargo pipe-line elements. Static and dynamic mathematical of the technological control object are developed also for examine various regimes of the automation system operation. The experimental test bench with microprocessor control is developed also for simulation of cargo tanks loading processes in real conditions. The results of the experiments and simulation confirm efficiency of the algorithms, programs, program-technical means and models developed.
