Essay

The improvement of low-power and average-power three-phase transformers with spatial magnetic system is reached by the offered way of reduction of interaxial distance of the geometrical centres of sections of cores. The specified way is realized in the developed technical decisions spatial cores with parallel walls of winding windows. The comparative analysis is executed and the advantages of the specified technical decisions of spatial magnetic system of rather flat analogue are shown. The mathematical model of functional connection of the main sizes and geometrical ratio of variants cores and windings of the offered designs is developed. Mathematical model of the qualitative analysis of features of distribution of a magnetic field in core also is developed. The results of the decision of a field task are used for improvement of a technique of account of a magnetic circuit. The technique is advanced on the basis of the account of non-uniformity of distribution of a magnetic field in elements spatialcore. The analysis of features of distribution of temperature of windings is executed. The technical decisions of improvement of a thermal condition of the transformer are offered.
