V.A. R. Improvement of powermetering methods of diagnostics of beam-pump units and working out the technical means for their implementation.

The improvement of powermetering method has been accomplished and technical means for technical state monitoring of beam-pump units are developed. The proposed method allows to unite the advantages of two known methods of diagnostics, namely powermetering and dynamometering, providing determination of greater amount of technical states. This method allows determining the resulted mass of counterweights of machine-tool, which is needed for the process of his rapid balancing. The method takes into account rotation speed of rotor of electric motor, and thus using additional diagnostic signals provides improved characteristics of reliability, which is important for stationary and partly stationary diagnostic systems. The powermetering device adjusted to exploitation conditions of beam-pump units has been developed. The metrological analysis and model researches of the developed device is conducted.
