Osadcha N. Mechanism for development of industrial managerial potential

Object of the study is process shaping and use the management potential to industry. Objective of study is theoretical and methodical improvement of mechanism of development of management potential of industry. Methods of research logical generalization, systematizations, comparisons, system, integration approach. Theoretical and practical results: it is developped method of estimation of level to organizations and payment of labour of leaders and specialists of industry, allowing define reserves of increasing of efficiency and qualities of management labour. Recommendations on development of industrial potential with use integration approach. Novelty is new approaches to creation and further improvement of mechanism of development of management potential of industry. Degree of the introduction by: OSC „Dniprovsky metallurgical combinat named after Dzerzhinsky”, private enterprises „Etalon”, „Smachniy khlib” и „Zgoda”, Dnipropetrovsky and Dniprodzerzhinsky centres to employment.
