Kononov O. Modeling of company's capital structure dynamic characteristics

Object of research are managerial processes by structure of the capital of productive and economic system. The purpose of dissertational work development of a complex of adaptive models of an estimation and the analysis of dynamic characteristics of structure of capital enterprise, directed on increase of efficiency of their functioning shows. In the dissertation special methods of empirical and theoretical research were used: the system approach, the theory of system dynamics changes, the theory of adaptive management, methods of the financial analysis, the theory of life cycle of the enterprise. Scientific value of work will be, that the new scientific positions received in work and practical recommendations expand a field of knowledge that allows to solve a scientific problem task of modeling of dynamic characteristics. The basic scientific positions of the dissertation are finished with a level of methodical development that allows to use them in practice of modeling of structure of the capital ofthe enterprise. The basic scientific results of research have been used at the enterprises: Companys "Antares". (the inquiry № 11/2 from 20.08.2003), «Vest-Labs Ltd. » (the inquiry № 5/В from 22.08.2003) . Scientific novelty of the received results will consist in the following: for the first time the developed conceptual model of management of dynamic characteristics of structure of the capital, which based on adaptive principles that allows to carry out flexible formation of managing influences in conditions of the unstable environment of functioning enterprise; for the first time the developed model of formation of dynamic characteristics of structure of the capital which provides structural adaptation of characteristics, and allows to realize different strategy of operation of business; has received the further development model of operative management of structure of the capital, based on adaptive principles and the theory of life cycle of the enterprise which allows to react to unstable conditions of functioning enterprise operatively; Has received the further development model of management of structure of the capital on the basis of the theory of life cycle which allows to carry out the analysis and an estimation of characteristics of the capital in conformity with the purposes and tasks of different stages of life cycle enterprise; classification of the purposes and tasks of management of structure of the capital at different stages of life cycle of the enterprise is advanced.
