Essay

The object: working bodies of the hydrocarbon and metal hydride types; the aim: elaboration of procedures for determination of the phases equilibrium parameters for the working bodies of the hydrocarbon and metal hydride types; the methods: mathematical simulation, the thermodynamic theory of perturbation, numerical methods; the new approach: the mathematical models of phase equilibria in hydrocarbon and metal hydride working bodies without invoking any empirical parameters were elaborated; the main results: the software for determination of the phase equilibrium states parameters and thermophysical properties for multicomponent hydrocarbon working bodies and the phase diagrams for metal hydrides were elaborated; the implementation of results: aviation and automobile engine design the field of use: mechanical engineering and industrial heat power engineering.
