Dissertation is devoted to studying structure formation in titanium stabilized ferritic corrosion-resistant steel during the process of metallurgical rerolling to cold-rolled sheet aimed to improve its processability when manufacturing stamped items. The first to demonstrate that negative thermal stability of titanium inclusions and ferrite oversaturation with interstitial elements during the process of rolling billet high temperature heating is followed by intensive structure heterogenization.
