Essay

In the thesis the investigations of aluminium electrolysers cathodes are conducted to develop the best heat treatment performance of starting and put into operation modes. Using the thermalphysics methods a cathode temperature fields as well as a thermal-physical characteristics of low temperature ramming pastes are investigated. At numerical simulation a boundary elements method is used. A temperature schedules both for cathode section making as well as electrolyser flame burning treatment are obtained. A low temperature ramming pastes physical characteristics. Burning schedule is introduced into practice.
