The methods of an adaptive signal estimation from the bilinear observations which based on the system-theoretical description of controlled processes in sensors and functional structures of sensors with controlled sensative element are discribed. The adaptive sensor models for ecological monitoring systems are proposed. The algorithms of information processing in adaptive sensors for ecological monitoring system are proposed.
