Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the increase in term of commercial operation of steam superheaters pipes in thermal power station boilers by drawing of a protective cermet composite covering with the raised factor of heat conductivity on their external surface with the purpose of compensation of thermal losses in boilers. Mathematical models, which allow to estimate a thermal condition of a protective cermet composite covering, economic feasibility of technological process of a covering drawing are received. The created multifactor models of technological processes of reception of protective cermet composite covering and its cooling by compressed air during drawing establish communication between power parameters of spraying process and gas dynamics parameters of cooling system. The technique of definition of residual pressure and heat conductivity factor of the system of protective composite cermet covering (a pipe superheater) is offered. The received results have enabled to formulate a complex of requirements concerning reception of the given type of a covering.
