Essay

Theoretical generalization and new solving of a scientific problem of reduction of non-uniformity of melting depth at EBW are presented in the dissertation.The dissertation contains the review of existing methods and results of research of process of root defects formation. Processes of EB shielding by melt disturbance and instability of melting depth are investigated. Process of a pulsation of melting depth is identified as shot noise. Mathematical models of pulsations of melting depth and EB shielding by melt disturbance are constructed. Functional dependences of shielded capacity of EB and amplitudes of fluctuations of melting depth from EB parameters, geometrical parameters of the channel of melting, a capillary constant of melt, amplitude and frequencies of EB longitudinal scanning have been received. Techniques of definition of optimum parameters of modes of welding for reduction of amplitude of fluctuations of melting depth at welding with EB scanning and without EB scanning have been developed.The WeldLab library of procedures for CAD Maple V for automation of calculations according to the results of research and for construction of characteristic curves of welding system has been developed.
